Our Rollin' Smoke BBQ Trailer

   Our fully equiped 24' BBQ trailer, and a well trained staff, allows us to cook fresh, tasty meals
at your location of choice. No need for someone to drop off stale food that was cooked hours
before you are ready to serve. Why not call us and have fresh, delicious foods prepared
on location to your specifications?
   The BBQ trailer has a professional Bushrod's smoker that will cook 500 lbs of meat, or even
3 whole hogs, at once. We have onboard hot & cold running water, storage for paper goods,
supplies and a freezer. We also carry our own generator, which is a neighbor friendly
"Honda EU3000ISA Super Quiet Generator". Also included in our arsenal of bbq equipment
is a large fajita grill where we can grill scrumptious meats, tantalizing garlic bread, and some
of our favorite grilled vegetables.
