We are not strictly limited to cooking the items on this menu. We love to be creative and will consider any suggestions you might have for a menu item for your event. Once you review some of our set menus, or the full menu below, let us know which items you would like to include for your event and we will be happy to provide you with a price quote. Rollin' Smoke BBQ will come to your location to serve fresh food, cooked on-site. We do have access to a professional serving staff, for buffet service, if requested.

 Our All-Star Service: We request a minimum of 50 guests. Rollin' Smoke BBQ will provide the self-serve buffet table and/or smoker or grill (if not provided by the park/facility), serving utensils, chaffing dishes and sterno to keep the food warm during the serving period - one (1) hour, set-up and clean-up of buffet table and prep area.
Price for service is calculated on number of guests in your party, whether or not a grill is required, location of party (distance needed to travel), number of items to be served, etc. Additional fees will be charged for parties with a serve time longer than one hour or if other services are requested, parties with items rented by Rollin' Smoke BBQ, or should clean up of the venue and guest tables be required. Rollin' Smoke BBQ is not responsible for set up, break down or return of any items not brought or rented by Rollin' Smoke BBQ.
Drop Off Service is Available: Food will be delivered to your event location hot and ready to serve in disposable hotel pans. The buffet table and all serving plates and utensils are to be supplied by the contracting party. Fee is dependant on mileage.
